Indian Rubber Dealers Federation. The main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are: - to facilitate, foster, develop, assist, regulate, promote, support and protect the character, status and interest of the merchants trading in rubber, to define the custom and usages of such trade; to maintain high standards of company.

To make rules and regulations conducive to the promotion of just and honourable practices therein, and to initiate and promote the organizations of the trade; to secure mutual support, co-operation and uniformity of policy among members in matters connected with the trade and in dealing with brokers and all classes of people who are dealing with the members of the company. Member means the ordinary name or common name given to the Association which have been recognized as members by the Federation.

Board of Directors of the Board denotes the Board selected by the General Body meeting of the Federation for administration of the Federation.
